DOC Sannio

Obtained from a noble and ancient wine, the Aglianico, the grapes are picked at the end of october in the farm’s vineyards constisting of clayey-calcareous marls exposed in south-east, south-west. The wine is made in red with maceration on the skins and fermentation at controlled temperatures., and wine-making with skin contact. The color is ruby red color with pomegranate tints with aging. Complex bouquet made of small fruitsand wood fruits. Dry wine with pleasant and velvet tannins.
